1.1.1 Login

You can access the Reporting App in the following ways

1 Access the Enreach Contact Reporting App with Enreach Contact Control via the following URL in your web browser: contactcontrol.enreach.com

2 Click on LOGIN WITH OPERATOR.

You are forwarded to the Operator login page.

3 Enter your Username (your email address) and the respective Password. Confirm your entry with LOGIN.

The login credentials are your Enreach Contact account details. If you have forgotten your credentials or have a license issue, contact your administrator or supplier.

4 Click on Reporting App to access the Reporting App.

You are redirected to the Reporting App Dashboard.

Contact Control only displays apps that are covered by your account’s licenses.

If no reports have been created yet, click on CREATE A REPORT and proceed with step (2) in To create a report or task to view the functions described below.

If at least one report has been created, proceed with 1.1.3 Overview.

The Reporting App is integrated into the desktop client.

1 In your Enreach Contact Desktop Client access the Reporting App via

| Queues & Tools | Reporting App.

If your account is licensed and enabled for Reporting App, no login is required.

The Reporting App is displayed in a new window.

If no reports have been created yet, click on CREATE A REPORT and proceed with step (2) in To create a report or task to view the functions described below.

If at least one report has been created, proceed with 1.1.3 Overview.

The Reporting App is fully integrated into the desktop client.

1 In your Enreach Contact Desktop NEW Client, click Reporting on the menu on the left.

The Reporting App is displayed in the client.
